Tabla Maestro and Accomplished Guru
Born to an illustrious Kirtankar family, Pt. Sureshji Talwalkar had a liking for classical music right from his childhood. His father, Shri Dattatray Talwalkar initiated him into the art of “Tabla”. Sureshji took his lessons from the veteran gurus, Pt. Pandharinath Nageshkar and Pt. Vinayakrao Ghangrekar. He also learnt the intricacies of Carnatic Layashastra, from Pt. Ramnad Ishwaran. A firm believer of the Guru-Shishya Parampara, Panditji's Gurukul in Pune has produced hundreds of disciples who have made their mark on the highest of stages. An exponent of innovative yet traditionally rich Tabla, pioneering of inclusiveness in the presentation for of Tabla recital, Exponent of in-depth, rigorous yet subtle ways of Vocal Saath-sangat; any foundation laid by Panditji has become a benchmark for the future generations. A pioneer in the art of especially Vocal Saath-sangat, Panditji is looked upon as an authority on Indian Classical Music.

Pt. Ramdas Palsule
Pt. Ramdas Palsule was initiated into Tabla by Pt. G.L. Samant. He took intensive training in Tabla under the tutelage of Taalyogi Pt. Suresh Talwalkar. Besides performances, Palsule trains the younger generation of tabla students. He is also appointed as a teacher in the Center for Performing Arts of the University of Pune. He has traveled to countries including the US, Canada, Germany, Australia, Africa and the Gulf Countries with several singers. He has also performed along with many instrumentalists. Palsule accompanied Indian classical musicians, including the late Pt. Jitendra Abhisheki, Pt. Jasraj, Pt. Shivkumar Sharma, Pt. Ulhas Kashalkar, Ustad Shahid Parvez, Ustad Sultan Khan, Pt. Vishwa Mohan Bhatt, Pt. Tarun Bhattacharya, N. Rajam, Pt. Ronu Majumdar, Pt. Purbayan Chatterjee, Malini Rajurkar, Padma Deshpande and Vidushi Veena Sahastrbuddhe.
Vidushi Shama Bhate
Guru Shama Bhate, also known as Shama Tai, is among the Kathak exponents in India today. Her career spans over 40 years and she started learning and performing Kathak from the age of 4 first under the tutelage of accomplished Kathak exponent Rohini Bhate. She has been a teacher and is involved with choreography and training many Kathak dancers in India. She is also the artistic director of her Dance Academy Nadroop in Pune. She has also received training from stalwarts such as Kathak Samrat Pt. Birju Maharaj, Pt. Mohanrao Kallianpurkar. In addition to this, she has also received valuable guidance in the aspects of Taal and Laya from Taalyogi Pt. Suresh Talwalkar.
Vidushi Shruti Sadolikar Katkar
Vidushi Shruti Sadolikar was born into a family from Kolhapur known for its musical tradition. She received training in Indian classical music from her childhood. Her initial training was given by her father, Wamanrao Sadolikar, a disciple of Ustad Alladiya Khan, and his son Bhurji Khan. Following her studies with her father, Sadolikar learnt music for twelve years from Gulubhai Jasdanwala. Vidushi Shruti Sadolikar earned a master's degree from SNDT Women's University in Mumbai and wrote a thesis on Haveli Sangeet, a type of temple music. She has performed in India, Canada, the United States, France, Switzerland, Germany, and the West Asian countries. She holds the Homi Bhabha Fellowship of the National Centre for the Performing Arts. Vidushi Shruti Sadolikar works as Vice Chancellor of the Bhatkhande Music Institute University in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
