Passion 2019
With the vision of spreading Hindustani Classical Music and imbibing its importance in the future of India, Suranjan Trust proudly presents Classical Vocal Music Competition for Students from all major cities of Maharashtra. The objective of this competition is to encourage budding talent in the field of Hindustani classical music and give them an appropriate platform for showcasing their performances.
Group I: Up to 13 Years of age (Born not before 1st August 2006)
Group II: 13 -17 Years of age (Born not before 1st August 2002)
Elimination Round: Aug-Sept 2019, in major cities in Maharashtra
Final Round: November 3, 2019, in Thane

Known for his gayaki which is a blend of Gwalior, Jaipur and Agra styles, his career spans more than 5 decades of hectic schedule of concerts, lecture demonstrations and grooming students in the field of music.

A worthy son and disciple of the maestro Pt. Jitendra Abhisheki,, Pt.Shounak Abhisheki has carved a niche for himself, gaining prominence as an exceptional vocalist in the field of Indian Classical Music.
